On a walk earlier this week I had my navy Lululemon belt bag strapped across my chest and walking by a bus stop in central London three of the ten people waiting at the stop also had one. The bag is the most popular item Sparkles & Shoes readers have purchased this year, something that does not surprise me. In February 2021 I wrote a post about the Lululemon Belt Bag, featured and updated version in my post about the Canadian Olympic gear, and you have seen my navy one a number of times on IG and in my LTK profile.
The Lululemon Belt Bag has been around for a number of years and based on the popularity the brand has subsequently released a number of styles which now span 20 colors. However, for today I am going to focus on the classic Everywhere bag, and these are a handful of my favorite colors available now (and by now I mean the time of publishing, they go fast!)
It is tres chic but I also love that it is water repellent fabric and truly designed for those on the move. Like many items from US or Canadian based brands though the pricing is quite annoying – the Lululemon Belt Bag is $38 in the United States and in the UK? It is 38 GBP which converts to $47, not fair! Even though I paid the higher price when I purchased mine last year in in England and I do not regret it! My latest Lululemon purchase was the Align Super-High-Rise Pant which are incredibly stretchy and could not be more comfortable! However, in putting together this post it makes me want to get another belt bag, either in the traditional Everything style or one of the new ones like the or the .
And lastly, I know I have been quiet on the blog and social media in recent weeks. I will share a real life update at some point but for now, I am going to talk about fashion and something that relates to the masses.

OK I have been resisting this look for years. I always think of old men Who are fuddy-duddies when I see this. I can’t believe you saw three so quickly the other day. I might have to jump on board. I really like having my hands free and not worrying about where to put my purse when I’m traveling or shopping. It’s probably also a lot safer keeping my valuables close by. You might’ve made me a convert.
