While it is officially sweater season I want to put that on home for a moment. So far I shared about my trip to Chicago twice so far – in A Charming Chicago Weekend and A Casual Brunch Outfit0 I what to share one more look, even if it is non seasonally appropriate for most you. I say that as it is definitely “need a jacket” weather in London but as we fly to Florida tomorrow, this dress is in my suitcase!
You may recall this Blooming Jelly in my post My Most Worn Items in my Summer Wardrobe because it really is a staple in my closet. The photos below were taken at the Skydeck Chicago at Willis Tower which is on the 103rd floor of the former Sears Tower. It was perfect for the incredibly hot day and the flowy chiffon makes it quite breezy and the lace adds a great feminine detail. I had to be careful how I posed in these clear observation boxes but Mark took some really cute shots.

I am actually quite happy with these photos even though it was a casual outfit for a day of touring! And if it was not proof enough I love this dress I also have it in a combo too.

Lovely photoshoot and dress. Dress its not too long that it drags and you can see the shoes. What a view from the Sears tower. Going to Chicago next spring for my cousins 40th birthday party while I am there its Wrigley field to see the Cubs and of course the Sears Tower. it will be boyfriends first trip to Chicago. Meanwhile he has a torn hamstring and he just had surgery to repair it yesterday. Yikes. Winter arrive in New York very quickly. Its felt like summer till the weekend. Hope you are having a blast in Miami before the wedding. Looks like you are having the honeymoon before the wedding. Good one.
