Every once in a while I put on a dress that just makes me feel like dancing but this gorgeous red number went one step further – it made me feel like a real life emoji! As soon as I opened my latest Shopbop order the red color caught my eye and it was the first piece I tried on. I think you can see why as this chiffon dress with its’ tiered ruffles just begs to be spun around.
And then because the dress is such a bright pop of color I decided to leave my accessories neutral starting with the JADEtribe Aloha Makeup Clutch with its canvas Palm print which was perfect for the Naples, Florida weather where we shot this look. Plus you must remember I am loving anything with pom-pom accent right now and I am always a fan of a roomy clutch that can fit everything or as my dad jokes, the kitchen sink. And to finish the look I pulled out my new Centinoa sandal from Jessica Simpson. I really love the combination of the classic silhouette with and strappy, scalloped edges – a fun twist on a sleek heel.
