White Out: White Shoes

There is nothing better than wake up on a Thursday knowing you have a four day weekend ahead of you, hip-hip, hooray!  As I mentioned on Instagram Mark and I will be going up to the Lake District in Northwest England and I am so excited!  If it does not rain too much I hope I can share some beautiful photos of our hikes, so stay tuned. I love a good white shoe – matches with everything.  I have been on the search for a great white sneaker for ages.  They are extremely European but so many of the options I have seen are just, ehh.  I like them on other people but when I have tried them on, they have not been great.  Even on our two week Italy road trip I was not successful in finding a pair (and Mark can tell you, we tried countless shops), but two weeks ago my mission was accomplished.

In John Lewis, a large department store here in the UK that would remind you of Nordstrom or Bloomingdales, I cam across a pair.  You have seen my black leather boots from Geox in posts so I knew sneakers from this company would be super comfortable.  Sadly they did not have my size in store or online so I ended up ordering them directly from the brand.
