The summary of this post says it all, highlighting one of the most versatile and practical pairs of shoes in my closet, my favorite black and white Nikes. I could stop right there it probably needs just a bit more explanation. You may recall that I never used to be a sneaker girl outside of the gym but particularly after moving to Europe I changed my tune. I now wear a few pairs quite regularly with dresses and casual outfits but my defaults are always my black and white Nikes.
I have had a few pairs over the years – pictured below are the Nike Flex Experience Run 9 and the Nike Tanjun Trail Running Shoes both of which I like equally – and they have been around the world and back. Take a look at the versatile and travels – they would have at least a dozen passport stamps by now!
Pena Palace, Sintra, Portugal
Herengracht Canal, Amsterdam, Netherlands
Parliament Building, Budapest, Hungary
Notting Hill, London, England
Danube River, Bratislava, Slovakia
Laocoon and His Sons, Vatican Musuem, Vatican City
City of Westminster, London, England
Mont des Arts Garden, Brussels, Belgium
Rosenborg Castle, Copenhagen, Denmark
The Ritz, Naples, Florida
The Botanical Gardens at Kew, London, England
Trevi Fountain, Rome, Italy
Brandenburg Gate, Berlin, Germany
Islington, London, England
Audubon Golf Course, Naples, Florida
I could dig back through my archives and find many more examples of how I have worn these sneakers but I am sure these give you the sense of just how versatile they are. I am currently wearing these Nike Tanjun Trail Running Shoes which are currently on sale for less than $55! I can not wait until we get to start traveling again where these shoes will definitely be in my suitcase as they pair with workout attire at the gym, flirty Summer dresses, and everything in between.
What do you think of these black and white Nikes?
