Welcome to another double gift guide day and this one is a combo in and of it self. I am sharing my find for those on your list who are on a wellness journey or who are going to want to get moving in the new year, especially as gyms and studios are likely to remain closed for the foreseeable future. I have split the gifts into two graphics that have a general gender themes and by that I mean women’s shoes versus men’s shoes but nearly everything else could be used be either sex. For the wellness guide:
1 | Yoga Design Lab Hand Towel $18
2 | Living Proof PhD Dry Shampoo (UK) $24
3 | Apple Watch SE $550
4 | Sol Republic Relays Sport Water Resistant Wireless Bluetooth Headphones $51
5 | invisibobble Original Marblelous Pinkerbell Hair Ring $9
6 | UMAY Portable Treadmill with Foldable Wheels $270
7 | Bala Resistance Bands, 5 Per Set $20
8 | Megababe Thigh Rescue Chafe Stick $14
9 | BOSU NexGen Home Balance Trainer $130
10 | Women’s Adidas Deerupt Runner Sneaker in Red $119
11 | Beyond Yoga Midi High Waist Leggings $97
I already own the dry shampoo, hair tie, and Bosu ball (which I use for my physical therapy) and would not be sad if any the other eight ended up under my tree next month. As I mentioned before many of these gifts would also work for guys – like the chafing stick or the yoga towel in another color. The same is true for the guide below:
1 | AmazonBasics Cast Iron Kettlebell Weight $32
2 | Theragun Elite Handheld Percussive Massage Device $399
3 | Brooks Carbonite Hoodie in Luminosity $119
4 | Bose Frames Audio Sunglasses $199
5 | Monthly Peloton Digital Membership $12.99
6 | Echelon Smart Rowing Machine $999
7 | Oura Fitness Ring $299
8 | Promixx MiiXR X7 Performance Nutrition Blender $90
9 | BlenderBottle Classic V2 Shaker Bottle $10
10 | adidas Golf Tour360 XT-SL Tex $180
11 | TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller $38
12 | Crossrope Jump Rope Get Strong Set $139
A few of these items we actually have at home including the kettlebell, a version of the massage gun, three of the blender bottles, and the foam roller so I can certainly recommend those fitness gifts. Plus my fiancé helped out with this gift guide suggesting the rower as well as the ring, which he has had is eye on. Similar to my other gift guides I have combined the products below into a shopping carousel:
Who in your life is a fitness fanatic?

Harriet says
If you could pick your top two or three what would they be???
Bernadette says
My boyfriend is always complaining about the knots in his thigh and back area.
Have you tried the TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller personally. I figure you must have given what a fitness buff you are?
Laurel says
Ohhh, I have not seen a jump rope like that – it would be perfect for my home workouts! My kids will probably “borrow” it too.
Hanna says
Given how much you love your Peloton and I am surprised you didn’t put one on here, though I do see the app. Can you use it without the bike?
