One of the best things about summer, especially summer in Cape Cod, is lobster rolls . Fresh seafood can really not be beat and my mom has a great recipe that is one of the best crowd pleasers. We teamed up yesterday to make more than 25 New England lobster rolls to bring to a barbecue and I do not know about you, but I not only make a huge mess when I am cooking for one in my New York City apartment but also when prepping for the masses. As I am currently at my parent’s house on vacation we made it in their kitchen and when making this recipe it was nice to know that we could focus on the food because clean up would be a cinch.
Making lobster rolls be a messy ordeal but with the new New Scotch-Brite® Scrubbing Dish Cloths there was no need to worry about picking up crumbs, dried mayo, or stringy celery immediately, even from marble countertops. And when you are done with clean up, you can leave these dish cloths out on the counter as they have such a cute pattern! Let me show you a perfect example of these dish cloths in action yesterday as my Mom and I made New England lobster rolls for a 4th of July backyard barbecue!

I purchased these dish cloths at Target and as you can see in the photo below they can be found by in the Kitchen Cleaning section the sponges and come in in 2 pack. I chose the navy with the light blue diamond pattern but they also come in coral, gray, and mint. They retail for $4.99 a set and while at this time there are no Cartwheel offers the Scotch-Brite brand frequently has coupons, so check the app often for the latest deals because who does not love a sale! Now that you have seen how I prep and clean up my lobster rolls you can also find ways others are using the power of the Scotch-Brite Scrubbing Dish Cloth here!
Just looking at the photos makes me want another lobster roll, I hope you think they look as delicious as I do and try making them soon, plus with the New Scotch-Brite Scrubbing Dish Cloth, clean up is a breeze with the premium, textured fiber and non-scratch scrubbing dots!

My husband loves these! It’s so expensive to order them at a restaurant and even pricier when you’re trying to get them off a super hip food truck Lol.
Thanks for sharing this recipe!
