Hi, Hello, I’m Back!

Hello, hello! As the title of the post suggestions, I am back! After nearly two and a half weeks in Europe I landed in New York City last night and it is back to the regular schedule with a spin class this morning and then off to work.

I had an absolutely incredible time and while I feel like I need to sleep for a few days straight to catch up, it was a blast. You may have seen my greetings from Barcelona and postcards from Madrid posts last week as for the first part of my trip I spent five and a half days in Barcelona and then three and a half in Madrid. For the second half, I spent a full week in London staying with friends and working from my company’s the UK headquarters. I was planning on doing a few more checkins while in Europe but time honestly time got away from me.

There were many instances where I just stopped, looked around, and reveled in how much fun I was having. A handful of times I thought about pulling out my camera and snapping away but it really would have ruined the moment. Instead I took another sip of my drink and enjoyed time with elementary school friends, college roommates, and coworkers and am now basking in the memories.

On the plane last night I started editing the more than 4,200 pictures I took while I was away which will be coming your way soon in the form of two dozen posts. It is going to be excellent. Until then, I hope your weeks starts on the right foot and I will see you tomorrow!
