Black Hat & Black Blazer

I wish every weekend could be a three day weekend – not having to work today is one of the best feelings ever. Instead of heading to the office I have workout planned with a friend, an alumni interview for my university, a few hours of errands, and then a cocktail party for the conference I spoke at yesterday. I will do a full recap on the NRF panel on Influencer Marketing later this week but for now, let’s just say it was great and I really liked my outfit. 

One of the best things about getting fit is that my clothes just fit better. I purchased three pieces of this outfit during my massive Black Friday Haul – the top, the jeans, and the shoes.  While in Florida over Christmas I tried on this black Giorgio Armani blazer and for the first time in ages it fits well – happy dance.  The chic outfit I wore to the office was topped off by an the most recent addition to my closet, an item I have wanted for a long time, a great felt hat!
