I am Back!

Hi, hello, welcome back! Did you miss me? Eleven days is the longest I have gone without posting in three years but as you saw from my last post I would hope you forgive me – I have been a bit busy.  After landing in New York City yesterday afternoon I calculated I walked over 100 miles during my extensive exploration of the three cities.  I was in Europe for 10 days and while I went on the trip solo my hope is, by the end of the posts, you will feel like you went with me.

It was go-go-go through three capital cities and in the short time I was there I toured dozens of attractions including museums, castles, palaces, statues, parks, and churches. With nine daily recap pots over the next few weeks I will be able to take you with me to Budapest, Vienna, and Prague to see what I saw – a mini vacation if you will. I took notes a few times a day to be sure I did not miss anything and my travel diary will begin as soon as I successfully sift through the 3,525 pictures I took. Until then I will leave you with one of my favorite photographs that I took in each city!
