Do you ever have those days where you have a big lunch around one or two and then suddenly it becomes seven or eight o’clock you know you should eat but you’re not too hungry? You could probably have a little snack but a little snack would leave you starving at 3am so you know you should eat something but on the other hand you don’t want a full meal? Well that happened to me a few nights ago and thus Adam Levine made me dinner. Well, did Adam really make me dinner?
Last week Adam posted on Instagram this photo of avocado, cottage cheese, olive oil, and salt describing it as alarmingly delicious and since I am team Adam if Adam Levine says it’s delicious then it must be. Because it is such an odd combination I figured the only way he would have tried it is because Behati Prinsloo was eating it. My guess is that his supermodel wife was making it at home, he made fun of it, she told him to try it, he did, and it was delicious.
So when I went to the grocery store this past weekend I made sure to pick up avocado and cottage cheese and then on Tuesday night when I wasn’t very hungry I made myself avocado-cottage cheese with a little dash of olive oil and salt. So did Adam really make it for me? Well he made it and then I made it and I ate the exact same thing for dinner so it’s not too far of a stretch to say Adam made me dinner. π
And in all seriousness this seems like a very strange pairing but I highly recommend it, it is filling and quite tasty. (and PopSugar recommended it back in 2009) And because I’m not a supermodel I ate both halves of the avocado with cottage cheese for dinner. Doesn’t that mean I should be invited over to the Levine household for the next recipe night? I think so. S. If you’ve read this far and are still confused, this post is a joke – I have never met Adam nor has he ever made me dinner. It is similar to time I wrote about my future husband Bradley (Bradley Cooper).
Have you tried this delicious combination yet?
Let me know your thoughts.

OMG, I have never made this before but 1) I love Adam and 2) I love all of the ingredients listed here and 3) It seems pretty fool-proof. So I’m going to have to try. LOL, love the title of this post π
