Piperlime, Aimee Song, and Wedges

On Wednesday evening I had the great opportunity to meet Aimee [Aw-mee] Song, the gorgeous blogger and fashionista behind  Song of Style blog. Her look has been described bold but laid-back real-life outfits and it is no wonder since the start of her blogging career in 2008 that she has amassed almost 4 million monthly views. I admire Aimee for starting her blog as one things, an interior design outlet, and then transforming it into one of the country’s most popular fashion blogs.  But enough about Aimee, let me tell you about this great event that I was invited to attend.

The event was hosted at Piperlime’s Soho location and sponsored by PopSugar. This Best Friends and Fashion night was my first visit to the store and it surely did not disappoint.  Walking in the door and receiving a cute tote bag with a Piperlime gift card was a great start to the event.  I shopped while sipping champagne and refrained from all of the delicious looking snacks except for two lobster bites which were delicious!  Take a look at my phones from the event:

Aimee [Aw-Mee] Song was so nice and gracious.  Her outfit was completely from Piperlime and she complemented my Calvin Klein dress.  I was so excited the weather was great and I was able to wear these Audrey Brooke cork and gold wedges.  You can see them below along with the two other cute pair of shoes they had in the dressing room. 
I tried on the Roberta Roller Rabbit Casa Embroidered Kurta and Rachel Zoe Jannis S/S Sequin Dress along with half a dozen cute options. While the majority fit perfectly and were unbelievably cute I left the store with the tunic and can not wait to wear it on my next beach getaway!
