Tuesday Trend: Over the Knee Boots

I have always loved the idea of over-the-knee boots but due to muscular legs in college they never fit me, however, I have always admired them on others.   They splashed out onto the season in 2009, but were never really a big hit in Washington, D.C., however, as it gets colder in New York City I am seeing them EVERYWHERE.  To really rock this trend my advice is to keep heeled OTK boots from looking too sexy by pairing them with a knit dress and leggings or take it down a notch and go for flat boots.  To make the look more seasonal scarfs, gloves, or cute hats are always great added accessories.
