I am always on the road and amazed that so many gyms do not have resistance bands in them. These Blogilates 3pk Resistance Bands in Pink/Green/Orange look so light and travel ready. I think I could get them to work almost anywhere. As we know it is a struggle with all the dinners out and long flights to keep everything toned.
