The USA Swimming x J.Crew Collaboration

Over the past 11 years I have featured a ton of brand collaborations on Sparkles & Shoes and while I thought the DVF x Target was my favorite of the year the new USA Swimming x J.Crew Collaboration is giving it a run for it’s money.   I have seen the pieces in the collection described as an All American capsule and I could not agree more.

TheOlympic Games Paris 2024 officially starts in 50 days and I am oh so excited.  Clearly with my background in swimming that is my favorite sport to watch along with the gymnastics and volleyball.   But let’s get back to the USA Swimming x J.Crew collaboration and dive in – pun intended:

I have linked the graphic above to the page where you can shop the collection but it is crazy how many pieces are sold out online already.  The USA Swimming x J.Crew collection has been available exclusively on the J.Crew app for pre-order on Sunday, June 2 and then available for purchase on jcrew.com, in-stores and select J.Crew Factory stores. I have plans later this week  to check out a few of the NYC stores to see if I can find these limited-edition pieces, the  USA Swimming® X J.Crew bomber jacket and/or the Limited-edition USA Swimming® X J.Crew cropped boatneck T-shirt.

I am also quite jealous of the photos of from the shoot in Long Beach – it really made me miss my teammates and camaraderie that is inherint with being part of a swim team.  Lastly, beyond the cute fashion I love that As part of the partnership, J.Crew has made a donation to The USA Swimming Foundation, the philanthropic arm of USA Swimming.  In addition to the hero photo above here are few more shots from the team photo shoot in Long Beach, California that really make me long to get into a pool ASAP!
