One of the biggest things about publishing nearly 2,000 posts on the internet is at some point you are bound to contradict yourself and today is one fo those days where I am doing it conciously, I have decided leggings ARE pants. And thus, today’s post on how to style Leather Leggings:
Like my posts on pattern mixing last week that you all liked, I have rounded up eight ideas for style inspiration and then my favorite pair of leather leggings available right now in case you want to get in on the trend too (and hint, I already own them). Take a look at how versatile they can be:
With a over the knee boots like Brighton of Brighton The Day
With an oversized sweater like Amanda of Strawberry Chic
With a pop of leopard Rachel Moore of Pinteresting Plans
With sneakers like Blair of Atlantic-Pacific
With a blanket scarf like Lauren of By Lauren M
With heels like Jean of Extra Petite
With Black and White like Emily of Fashion Jackson
With a hat like Brighton of Brighton The Day
And the crowd favorite in nearly al of these bloggers is the Spanx Faux Leather Leggings. They have a both slick finish and a great deal of stretch for the perfect combo of the faux-leather leggings that you have been looking for. And like most things by Spanx, you can count on the flattering subtle control top.
What do you think of leather leggings?
Is this something you would wear?

These leggings look so cozy!

I love to style leggings with a nice top, leather jacket and sky high heels. Open toe booties work well with leggings too. Leggings work well with Spring/Fall weather.

I’m going to steal the over-the-knee boot look in the first photo. Very sexy and a great way to wear my new boots.
I also like the look with the heels and the longer sweater. I’m so glad I have a few new ways to wear my leggings. I have not tried the leather ones but sounds interesting.

I don’t disagree with you but have two comments. The leggings have to be thick enough which isn’t always the case. you need to put them on and bend over and have a good friend tell you if they’re thick enough
I also like with these stylings that they cover most of the behind area.

Great suggestions. I never quite sure how to stle them.
