A Unicorn Overload

I must admit, when my Dad walked into the kitchen yesterday and saw me drinking my morning coffee out of this unicorn mug he certainly rolled his eyes.  Then joked, be careful not to poke yourself in the face with those ears which five minutes later proved to be a very good warning… whoops.  But in all seriousness, unicorns are having a comeback and I thought besides my unicorn floaty from last Summer I wanted to jump on the bandwagon. 

While a mythical create tit is probably one that I wish existed the most and I think a cute piece of whimsical jewellery or a home decor piece can give a slight air of fun to any outfit or room. While not a new trend, heck, I even featured a unicorn corkscrew here on the blog in 2014 – the trend is having a resurgence. I could not find that many pieces of unicorn paraphernalia that I would actually use or wear – my normal criteria for featuring them on Sparkles and Shoes – but here are half a dozen I was able to round up:
