Arc de Triomphe at Dusk
Greetings from the city of Love! I am currently enjoying my last day here in Paris and even though I have to head home tonight – so sad – I did want to share a few shots with you from my long weekend in France. Yes, I did say long weekend – as I have today, Martin Luther King Day, off of work I decided to cash in some of those airline miles I’ve racked up on all of my work travel (a few long overdue Seattle posts will be coming your way shortly, by the way) and visit Paris. As you may have seen on Instastories last night Paris a city I have not been to in 17 years so it is almost like rediscovering it. You better believe there will be a ton of posts coming soon but until then, a few postcards from Paris:
The Glass Pyramids at the Louvre
Vincent van Gogh Self-Portrait at the Muse?e d’Orsay
Wine Tasting Class at Les Caves du Louvre
Bronze Sculpture of The Thinker at the Muse?e Rodin
Cheese for Sale at the Marche? Monge Farmers Market
Claude Monet’s Water Lilies at the Muse?e de l’Orangerie
Les Deux Plateaux, the Colonnes de Buren, in the Inner Courtyard of the Palais Royal
Before Climbing the Arc de Triomphe
Notre-Dame Cathedral Sunday Morning at Sunrise
Behind the Clock Face at the Musee D’Orsay
Paris Sunset with the Eiffel Tower from the Arc de Triomphe
So far it has been an amazing trip in Paris and I am really sad to be heading home today – three days was great to get reacquainted with this gorgeous city but I have a feeling I am going to have to come back soon and do it again. It’s also a bit crazy to believe all of these Postcards from Paris are from less than 48 hours in France and there are about 800 more – get ready for some great Parisian content in the coming week!
Have you ever been to Paris?

Back in NYC already. 3 days in Paris is too short for me. I need a week to 9 days at least. I have to say for 3 days you saw a lot. For me it was work as normal yesterday. My job doesn’t give King day off. Probably was warmer there than in NYC. Best photo Notre Dame Cathedral at Sunrise. I love the wine tasting one too. That one you look like you are modeling and loving it at the same time.

I adore Paris. So glad you got to visit so many sites. You sure did pack a lot in a few days. The shot of the clock is probably my favourite.

What a weekend, lucky you in Paris. Most of us holed up in zero degree weather outside. Love, love the pictures, and look forward to seeing more. You did everything so fun!!! 17 years is a long time to wait to go back.
