The Best Nude Palettes

05/07/15 | Beauty, Bobbi Brown, makeup, Marc Jacobs, Sephora, Smashbox

There is something great about a nude palette and its limitless possibilities all housed in one little case. I held out on getting a nice eyeshadow palette because I have been using Urban Decay’s YDK shadow as my daily go-to for years and years but sometimes I need a little extra something.  I took a trip to Sephora and looked at half a dozen before going with what might be the default nude palette, the Urban Decay Naked Palette.  I have watched a handful of tutorials and now when I am going out or heading to an event I turn to my trusty nude palette to create a neutral smokey eye.

Urban Decay Naked Palette

I love it so much though I am considering adding another neutral palette to my collection. After reading hundreds of reviews and watching dozens of YouTube tutorials these seem to be the best nude palettes on the market:

I love the Smashbox Chocolate series. It has a bunch of matte colors and it’s my go to for everyday look. I love my Naked palette, which was my first go to, but when I found the chocolate, now it’s is my second go to palette. Only because the chocolate one has less shimmery colors.
