IT IS MY BIRTHDAY!

Hello my darling, wonderful loves! IT IS MY BIRTHDAY!!!   It is the best day of the year! Today, September 27th, I am 23 years old! It feels like yesterday that I was 22 (oh…right…it was). 

I have a pretty amazing weekend planned. Tonight, right after work, I am on a train down to Washington D.C. to celebrate with my brother and all of my college friends.  I am excited that my birthday has overlapped with my university’s homecoming. 

Some of you have wished me a Happy Birthday already, so to those who did, thank you so very much for the birthday wishes! This time last year, I was a  brand new blogger –  I wrote a post about makeup and when I received nine comments I was over the moon.  I am so happy to say that this year, one of my gifts is the bond and friendship that I have with all of my fellow bloggers and followers!  

I am a firm believer that on your birthday you are ABSOLUTELY allowed to wear a tiara!


As always, from the bottom of my heart, thank you all for your constant love and support! You are all amazing and make me smile everyday! And with that, I hope you all have a fabulous weekend and I am taking these mantra into the next year of my life: 


Dear Past, Thank you for all the lessons. 

Dear Future, I’m now ready. 

Oh, and as one reader once wrote to me, she was sad when my blog posts are short because she felt like she was getting “gipped”.  Well, I think this is the one day a year I get to write a short blog post but incase you still feel that way check out my new design, installed last night by the amazing Aubrey Kinch of The Kinch Life Designs.
