Nude Lace Ankle Booties

New Job. New Chapter. New Shoes. 

This week I started a new job and it has started off wonderfully.  To celebrate I am absolutely obsessed with my new ankle booties.  I told myself in my New Years Resolutions that I would make more investment purchases and less frivolous purchases and I think these boots will definitely fit the bill.  
I have dozens of shoes to feature in the SHOES section of my blog but this Friday I just could not not feature these adorable LOFT Ellie Lace Stiletto Booties.  I have been really good not purchasing things at post-winter sales, especially going into my favorite stores and seeing adorable items reduced by 50% or more.  I was blown away when I stopped by Ann Taylor Loft this week at the amazing sales – they had so many great pieces and tehy still had the good colors and the normal sizes left.

I will not lie, I took more than a dozen items into the dressing room but I fell in love with these shoes.  Under the mark down stickers I could not tell what the original price of these shoes was but I knew, as a fan of the store, that $24 was practically unheard of!  After a quarter of an hour walking in them I was sold and I can not wait for my first social occasion to wear these beautiful booties.  The website listed them as, “A fashionista’s dream come true, this lacy (and a bit racy) pairs adds a major wow factor to any look” and I totally agree!

    Those are amazingly beautiful and what a great deal. I love them but I would never have the nerve to purchase something so unique (for lack of a better word) because I wouldn’t know how to incorporate them into what I wear. I have tunnel vision and don’t know how to style myself at all. Looking forward to seeing tour oitfits with these boots.
