I love when things are on sale, discount, clearance, or better yet, free! Getting things at a discount gives me a natural high when I purchase something that should cost more but it does not. Discount websites are particularly enticing because it can only take a few minutes and you do not even have to hand over a credit card.
Some of the most dangerous shops I visit are high end websites such as Beyond the Rack, Haute Look, Gilt Group, and Rue La La. I check out these websites every day and have purchased a real assortment of items from NYX eye shadow makeup brushes to a Michael Michael Kors Black Sequin Dress. These daily emails are dangerous especially when I see beautiful items that are 80% off or more! Click on any of the website logos for invitations to the site!
I also subscribe to many sites that offer new deals every day to those on their email list serve, but I have two favorites: Living Social and Groupon. From Living Social I have purchased $20 at CVS that was a half price, a One-Year Subscription to Us Weekly Magazine, a Sweetgreen (delicious salad place) voucher, and a massage. From Groupon I have purchased a brunch for two, a custom airbrush tan, a photo on canvas, a massage and a DC to NYC bus trip. Even though I have purchased more from GroupOn I have a soft-spot for Living Social, not only because I have friends who work there, but also the co-founder of living social went to my Alma Matter and was my convocation speaker when I graduated in May.
