Overnight Chocolate Oats
A quick and easy protein heavy breakfast which is high in fiber!
Servings 4 cups
Calories 270 kcal
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 4 scoops chocolate protein powder
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/3 cup sweetener (you can use any sweetener that measures like sugar)
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
Combine all of the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, cocoa, and sweetener) in a large mixing bowl
Slowly stir in the almond milk, 1/2 cup at a time
Add the Greek yogurt and stir until no clumps remain
Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes at room temperature
Divide mixture into four cups, wrap tightly, place in refrigerator, and allow to set overnight.
