Overnight Chocolate Oats

A quick and easy protein heavy breakfast which is high in fiber!

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup sweetener (you can use any sweetener that measures like sugar)
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ┬áplain non fat Greek yogurt


  • Combine all of the dry ingredients (oats, protein powder, cocoa, and sweetener) in a large mixing bowl
  • Slowly stir in the almond milk, 1/2 cup at a time
  • Add the Greek yogurt and stir until no clumps remain
  • Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes at room temperature
  • Divide mixture into four cups, wrap tightly, place in refrigerator, and allow to set overnight.
  • Enjoy!
