Past Adventures: South Africa

As I mentioned on Saturday, this week I am taking a break for all of the usual things I blog about to expand on My Bucket List.  There will be no accessories tomorrow, fashion trends on Thursday, or shoes on Friday.  What caused this change? I have received emails asking about my trips and now I am sharing! There are lots of amazing things on there that I have had the fortune to experience so over this week I will be highlighting some of my favorite journeys. Get ready!

For day one, South Africa. It is hard to believe that less than four months ago I had 200 followers and was nominated for the Liebster Award.  In my post about the award one of the questions was "Where is the farthest from home you have ever traveled?"  and my answer was, "The furthest I have ever been is the Cape of Good Hope which is the southern  most point of the continent. I actually took a photo of the sign that told me how far I was from home, an astonishing 7,792 miles! It was a truly amazing trip that I hope to do again!"

And this is incredibly true, my week in South Africa was absolutely amazing!  Here are a few photos from my trip to the southern most point of the continent, the few days in the capital of Capetown and my experience in the "game reserves" or safari sites at Phinda Game Reserve and Sabi Sands Private Game Reserve.

  16. Hey thanks for replying on my blog and also I have literally no idea what you mean about no comments? I'm reasonably new, do you know how to change it? Thanks for becoming a follower. I was so happy to find I had 2 new followers since I last kind of looked. I think I just whooped and I'm at work. Your pictures are nice. I love the bucket list thing..I just joined an online list to like do more exciting stuff. Me and my friend wrote a list of 10 things we're going to do by the end of this year. When it's payday we're going to book a trip to europe...and a 10K assault course...and we're going to go skydiving (but it's not like proper skydiving..it's more like a skydiving experience thing). I want to have more friends to kind of do random stuff with. Sometimes doing it alone can give me a kind of empty feeling. I've been to south africa, cape town. I did a work experience placement there when I went to uni. Also I think you have a cute face and a nice smile!
