I love LOVE love London. I have been on two spectacular trips to the city and this photo diary is about my latest trip! My second visit to the British capital was absolutely amazing, seeing the city with natives instead of my family and a guidebook gave a whole new life to the city.
General Toursit Photos My Day at the Tower of London
My best friend, the one who visited for New Year's, has lived in London for the past 13 years and another good friend was studying abroad there so on different days I had two lovely ladies take me around to their favorite parts of the city.
My Day at the Tower of London
On my trip to England I was a day at the Tower of London and in typical tourist fashion I insisted on stopping by Kings Cross Station just to take a photo with the Platform 9 3/4 sign, a massive Harry Potter tourist spot but I had a blast pretending to disappear through the wall!

My Day at the Museums
First a stop at St. Paul's Cathedral where Prince Charles and Lady Di were married and then an amazing afternoon at two gorgeous museums: The National Gallery and The British Museum. Oh, and of course a stop for some wonderful sticky toffee pudding.

I had an absolutely amazing time in London and I can not wait to go back!

London is one city I wish I got to spend more time in....I didn't get to do a lot of the stuff you did here! Although, I DID get to walk across Abbey Road....as a massive Beatles nerd, that pretty much made the trip!

thats so neat that you got to do london with friends! i've only done it with family but loved it all the same - tower of london, winchester palace (outside of london), and the british museum were some of my absolute favorites!

i loooove london too! i did study abroad there in college and also worked there for about 9 months after college too. it's such a great city and there is just so much to see! tower of london was one of my fave places and i have a very similar platform 9 3/4 photo too haha.
