Moccasin Slippers

Happy Friday!  I have had the most fantastic week here in Chicago - the Windy City has been not so windy (and my hair says thank you) and, according the locals, unseasonably warm.  My new job just keeps getting better and better and this week reinforced that.  Hopefully tomorrow I will be able to share photos with you and some snip its of my time here but for right now let me talk about my shoes of the week - slippers!

Now let me explain, these are certainly not sky high heels or even cute flats but after a week of traveling, learning, and touring I am SO excited to spend the majority of this upcoming  long weekend lounging around my apartment in my amazing slippers.  Since the age of two I have LOVED slippers (if you do not believe me, see the photo below) and every few years I get a new pair.  As fit is not the most important thing for slippers, at least for me, I actually bought these in the Men's Section of LL Bean (they are called Wicked Good Moccasins which is amazing in itself) and while I recommend them woman's pairs might be better suited for the majority of my readers so here are four of my favorites, two reasonable and two a bit more expensive:
